Each piece from The Silver Beatle is handmade with love and care to last, but because jewelry is naturally delicate, I want to share a few important notes:

  • All sales are final.

  • Broken stones: I’m unable to replace or repair stones that break after two weeks of purchase.

  • Silver repairs: If any silver elements on your piece are damaged, please reach out by email. I’ll happily take a look and let you know if it can be repaired—though I can’t guarantee every piece can be fixed.

  • Sizing: Please double-check your sizes before ordering, as I can’t be responsible for sizing errors.

  • Shipping: Once a package leaves my hands, I can’t be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items during shipping.

  • Service: I reserve the right to refuse service at my discretion.
